How do I subscribe to Premium?
Open the app, sign in, and choose “Upgrade to Premium.” Billing is handled securely by Stripe within the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your profile inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund. For accidental renewals, contact us within 7 days. We don't offer prorated partial refunds once a period has started.
What's your dispute policy?
If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback directly with your bank may delay resolution.
Do I need an account?
No account is required to use the Free plan. If you want cloud sync or click notes, you'll need to sign in (Free or Premium).
